Security Officer
On the day of your Medical and Security review appointments please first attend the following address:
Venue: Health Partners, Occupational Health Centre, D’Albiac House, Cromer Road, Hounslow, TW6 1QS
Please enter on the left-hand side door, with the sign “My Wellbeing”, and not through the double doors.
Both the Medical Check and Security Interview will take place in the same building.
If you arrive at Terminal 3, you’ll need to follow signs for the ID Centre.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, when you’ll be invited to check in. There may be social distancing measures in place on the day, if so we’ll advise you to wait outside until your appointment time.
If you’re late for your appointment, we may be unable to see you due to the tight timetables our colleagues work to.
On the day of your appointments, we encourage you to use public transport to get here, however free parking is provided if you need it.
To access the free parking facility at Heathrow whilst at your appointment, you will need to enter the MSCP1A car park and take an entry ticket at the barrier. Please remember to bring the ticket with you to your appointment. Once the appointment has finished, you’ll receive an exit pass which will allow you to leave the site.
We recommend allowing yourself plenty of time to find a parking space, as the car park can become busy.
To find the car park, turn left immediately after leaving the tunnel when entering the Central Terminal Area. Follow the road as it loops around and takes you to the entrance for MSCP1A (indicated in red on the map).
